BBC’s Horizon recruiting Shamley Green cats
The BBC’s long running science programme Horizon is looking for cat owners in and around Shamley Green to take part in a documentary about what cats get up to when they disappear through the cat flap. According to the Horizon team, the South East of England has the highest population of cat owners in the UK and the geography of Shamley Green is perfect for observing cat behaviour. The BBC’s team will be concentrating much of their effort into a one week study starting on April 12th. They will place GPS collars on around forty cats in and around Shamley Green and monitor their activity.
So if you have ever wondered what your cat gets up to at night, now’s your chance to find out.
